Broadway’s Wicked Flies into Kansas City November 11 – December 6
Unless you’ve been living under a rock or totally out of tune to the world of theater, you know that Wicked has taken Broadway by storm, breaking countless sales records and is completely sold out for month in advance for its New York showings. Well its time for Kansas City to skip ahead in the line this November as the hit production lands at our very own Municipal Auditorium Music Hall for a limited run from November 11 through December 6. Wicked is the prequel to the Wizard of Oz and tells the story of Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West and how everything came to be before Dorothy dropped in. Tickets will go onsale via Ticketmaster for all performances on Friday, September 18 at 10 am as well as a presale held on Wednesday, September 9 at 10 am. This promises to be a hot ticket so snap your tickets up at the onsale or be forced to wait years before Wicked comes around to Kansas City again.
