Eric Clapton Brings Slowhand Blues to Sprint Center on March 3
The original blue guitarist Eric Clapton will be bringing his vast array of slow grooves to the Kansas City’s Sprint Center on Wednesday, March 3 at 7:30pm. Clapton will be teamed up with legendary Who frontman Roger Daltry who will provide opening support on the upcoming US tour dates. Eric Clapton will begin the tour with four dates with Jeff Beck then wrap up his US stint to head overseas to play a handful of dates in Europe with Steve Winwood. Tickets for the Sprint Center performance will go onsale to the general public on Monday, January 11 at 10am. The Clapton Fan Club is also offering the opportunity to score special seating they’ve reserved for their members and that will also be onsale on Monday, January 11 at 10am. Tickets start at $46.50 for upper-level seating and top out at $86.50 for floor and lower-bowl seating. This promises to be a heady show so don’t miss out on Eric Clapton.
British singer-songwriter David Gray has extended his “Draw the Line” tour and added a date for Kansas City’s Uptown Theatre on Wednesday, March 17 at 8pm. Gray has recruited Phosphorescent to serve as opening musical support for the show.
